Whole Horse Herbs Classic Formulas are based on traditional Chinese herbal formulations with generations of field tests. These formulas are frequently used for maintenance or first aid. To determine whether your horse could benefit from a Whole Horse Herbs Classic Formula please complete a patient evaluation form and send it to us either by fax, mail or on-line. There is NO CHARGE for Classic Formula evaluations. As with Custom Formulas, all herbs are hand selected from the most reputable sources and hand ground.

A note of caution:
We advise owners not to overload or overwhelm horses with too many herbs, supplements and medications simultaneously. Please consult with Garland and/or your veterinarian for any possible drug/herb interactions. Whole Horse Herbs recommends limiting the use of herbs to two formulas at any time. This ensures better progress evaluation and safety. Chinese herbs are normally safe and effective, but they must be used thoughtfully and intelligently.
