Fire Cider is a spicy, tangy, and immune-boosting herbal tonic with roots in traditional folk medicine. The term "Fire Cider" was popularized by herbalist Rosemary Gladstar in the late 1970s as part of her herbal teachings. She developed and shared a simple recipe featuring apple cider vinegar infused with pungent, warming, and antimicrobial herbs such as horseradish, garlic, onion, ginger, and cayenne. Over time, Fire Cider became a staple in the herbal community for its immune-supportive and circulatory benefits. Handcrafted, small-batches at Crane Valley Herbs with love by our herbalist Danielle Russell.

Fire Cider is primarily used for:

• Immune Support: Helps ward off colds, flu, and infections.

• Circulation & Digestion: Stimulates blood flow, digestion, and metabolism.

• Respiratory Health: Clears congestion and supports lung function.

• Anti-Inflammatory & Antimicrobial Properties: Combats infections and reduces inflammation.

How to Use Fire Cider

• Daily Tonic: Take 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon daily as a preventive measure.

• Cold/Flu Relief: Increase to 3–4 times per day at the onset of symptoms.

• Culinary Uses: Mix into salad dressings, marinades, or dilute with water/juice for a spicy kick.
